Privacy Policy

This website is run by Aanganavo (“we”, “us”), a home services business offering interior design, glass and aluminium work, cleaning, laundry, repairs and smart-home and security installations. You can reach us at hello@aanganavo.com or +91 63029 20264.

Only what you choose to send us through our forms or WhatsApp:

• Your name and mobile number.
• The service you want, and where relevant your address, preferred time and any notes you add.
• The page you were on when you sent the enquiry.

Like any website, our hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not ask you to create an account.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit or quote, and deliver the service you ask for.
• To follow up about that request, for example to confirm a time or answer questions.
• To keep a record of enquiries so that requests are not lost, and to improve our service.

We use your details only for these purposes, and only because you gave them to us and agreed that we may contact you.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle enquiries:

• WhatsApp (Meta): when you tap a WhatsApp button, your message is sent through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Google (Sheets, Apps Script and email): we store enquiries in a Google spreadsheet and receive an email notification.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it from abuse.
• Technicians and partners: if we arrange a visit, we may share the details needed with the professional doing the job.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and complete your request, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. After that we delete or anonymise it.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages may load images, fonts or videos from providers that deliver them to your browser, which can reveal your IP address to those providers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data; and
• stop contacting you. Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or tell us by email or phone.

Email hello@aanganavo.com with your name and number, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with how we handled your data, write to us first so we can put it right.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information: access to our enquiry records is limited to people who need it, and the website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as bank or card details through the forms.

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
